"But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy,
made us alive with (Jesus) Christ even when we were dead in
transgressions - it is by grace you have been saved."
(Ephesians 2:4-5)

Into the Harvest Fields!

Mission.  Evangelism.  How do you feel when you hear those words? Terrified? Guilty?  Energized?  All of the above?  Over the next four weeks we’ll be spending some time in Luke 10:1-9, 17-20 learning more about what a Biblical understanding of mission and evangelism looks like.  Far from being special activities that God wants only an elite few to participate in, the Lord of the Harvest calls each one of us as His children to be kingdom-builders in whatever sphere of life we may find ourselves. We are a church that has been sent to be the hands and feet of Christ to our neighbors, but don’t worry…you don’t have to go it alone! It’s a call, but it’s also a gift.  So let’s join hands and have some fun as we learn what it means to be God’s missionary people. Into the Harvest Fields we go!
