"But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy,
made us alive with (Jesus) Christ even when we were dead in
transgressions - it is by grace you have been saved."

“Twas the Last Mailing Day Before Christmas”, Christmas Pageant 2014

Tuesday, December 16th, 2014

The Christmas Pageant was amazing! The children and church members that performed reminded us of “Why we do it”. Why do we battle the long lines in search of that perfect present each year? Why do we stand on line at the post office to send our loved ones a gift?

It is in remembrance of the ultimate gift that was given to us by God on Christmas, the gift of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

We would like to thank everyone that performed in the pageant and to all the volunteers that helped by giving their time and their talents to help in the production.   It was performed beautifully and many hearts were touched by the love of God this Christmas thanks to your efforts.

We would also like to thank everyone that donated food to our food ministry at the event. Your gifts will be given to some of our local families in need to help them celebrate this Christmas season.

christmas pageant 3

Mark your calendars!   This years Christmas Pageant, “Twas the Last Mailing Day Before Christmas” will be performed on December 14, 2014 at 4:00pm!

It is so easy to get caught up in the season of buying presents and to lose sight of the true meaning of Christmas.  This pageant promises to not only entertain us, but to remind us of the true meaning of Christmas, the birth of Jesus Christ.  We pray that the message of God’s love will touch each of our hearts during this holiday season.

Every year the kids amaze us with their outstanding performances and you don’t want to miss out on this year’s show.

During this event we would like to support our food pantry ministry “Five Thousand More”. We are asking that you bring a nonperishable food item to donate to this worthy cause. God has blessed so many of us and we ask that you share those blessing with some of the local families in need this holiday season.
